Polli  (aka Paula)
is a recreational and competitive cyclist, an ACE certified personal trainer, and certified in TRX, Pilates, and Spinning (Star Level 3). She continues to draw daily upon years of yoga practice, competitive running and 15 years of ballet training.  

The Movement 360 program is designed as cross training for athletic core strength, stability, mobility and flexibility.  The program has been adapted and modified to benefit all fitness levels.

Polli has 6 children, and has a BS in Art Education. She has been a working artist, a museum and gallery curator and docent, and exhibited artwork in juried shows.  

Life is art, and there are no prizes for perfect.  

























The philosophy of Movement 360 is "wellness through movement", focusing on fitness you can use for the life you live.  It is taught at local facilities, and for private clients in the home.

Exercise has to be rewarding and fun to experience meaningful adaptation in mobility, flexibility and strength. 

















Movement 360 exercise is adapted and modified for every age and fitness level. 


























































Movement 360 exercises can be practiced at home with a minimum of equipment and will progress with professional trainer cueing.
